**Are there any exchange rates?

We process all orders in USD. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

 

**What if I need to change my shipping address after placing my order?

Unfortunately, you cannot revise your information after your order has been processed or shipped. Before checkout, make sure to review all your details, especially, the shipping address. If it has been shipped to the wrong address, we do not know how long the customs department will put your package on hold.

  

**How can I track my package? 

We will email you your tracking number and tracking website once the package has been shipped. Delays caused by the customs department in your country will not be our liability.
